This policy explains what personal data Jade Tab collects about customers and visitors of trucking.jadetab.com, and how we handle the public carrier records we distribute.
To deliver the Service (daily emails and files), process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, send service and billing notices, and improve the product. We do not sell customer data. We do not use advertising trackers; the site sets no cookies.
They process data only to provide their services to us.
We keep account data while your subscription or free plan is active and for up to 24 months after, for records and support. Delivered files are kept for up to 12 months. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. Email support@jadetab.com; we reply within 30 days.
Our files contain business registration details that motor carriers file with the FMCSA and that the US government publishes (company name, officer name, business email, phone and address). We collect them only from that public source, use them only to provide the Service to business customers, and require customers to follow anti-spam and telemarketing laws. If you are a carrier and want your company removed from future files, email support@jadetab.com with your USDOT number; we will exclude it within 10 business days.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), download links are individually signed, access to admin tools is restricted, and payment data never touches our servers.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We will post updates here and email customers about material changes.
