Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Jade Tab Trucking Leads at trucking.jadetab.com (the "Service"), operated by Jade Tab ("we", "us"). By signing up, paying or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

We collect new motor-carrier registrations from the FMCSA Company Census File, a public US government dataset, clean and filter them, and email subscribers a daily CSV that matches their chosen states and filters. The free plan includes up to 10 carriers per day in one state; paid plans are described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for the email address you register and for keeping download links private. One free plan per person or business.

3. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Payments, invoices, sales tax and VAT are handled by Dodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record; your card statement may show Dodo Payments. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. See our Refund & cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the data for your own business outreach and internal purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense or publish the files, or build a competing data product from them.
You must comply with all laws that apply to how you contact carriers, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do-Not-Call rules and state laws. You are solely responsible for your outreach.
You must honour any request from a carrier to stop contacting them.
No attempts to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Data accuracy

The data comes from public filings made by carriers and is provided "as is". FMCSA records can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and we do not guarantee that any contact detail is accurate or that any carrier will become your customer. Daily files are sent once a day is complete in the source data, typically a few days after registration.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable daily delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the source dataset or a provider is unavailable, a delivery may be delayed.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, website, software and the way the data is compiled, cleaned and presented belong to Jade Tab. The underlying public records are not owned by us.

8. Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, abuse or non-payment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the data or your outreach, including claims under anti-spam or telemarketing laws.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; this does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
